A: Yes, we provide support for both Windows PCs and Apple Mac computers, as well as iOS (iPhone/iPad) and Android smartphones and tablets.
Q: Where do you offer in-person support?
A: Our primary in-person service area is the Central Coast NSW, where no call-out fee applies. We can also provide in-person support to surrounding areas, and a call-out fee will be discussed and agreed upon before any visit.

Q: How does remote support work?
A: Remote support allows us to connect to your computer or device over the internet, with your full permission. We use secure tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or TeamViewer. This is ideal for quick fixes, software issues, or if you're located outside our in-person service area.
Q: Is remote support secure?
A: Yes, we use industry-standard, secure remote access software. You are always in control and can end the session at any time. We cannot access your device without your explicit permission for each session.
